This site is written for agents, press, and those curious about the firm. If you are a buyer or seller looking for representation in Denver, our founding agent, Erin Rose, would be delighted to work with you directly.
A boutique brokerage built to disappear behind the agent. Clients hire the person. They stay for the person. Denver, by invitation, since 2024.
Marketing, at Amplicity, is not a benefit. Not a bonus, not a bolt-on, not a courtesy split. It is the work itself.
Every agent joins by invitation. Every agent inherits a marketing department, an AI-native operating system, a weekly practice, and a founder who has spent nineteen years learning what actually moves a Denver transaction. The agent's name goes in front. Amplicity runs quietly behind it.
Marketing, technology, education, community — the machinery that lets an agent be present in the room, because none of it needs the agent's attention to work.
Content, social, campaigns, listing material — produced by a full creative department, delivered under your brand. The market should never remember Amplicity. It should remember you.
An AI-native operating system, purpose-built for the shape of a real estate practice. Command center, transactions, pricing, negotiations. Everything you do — in one place. Nothing you hate, anywhere.
A year-round curriculum called 52 Weeks of Growth™ — one rhythm, kept. Because craft is not a lecture. It is a repetition.
Peers you can call at nine at night. Vendors we already trust. Standards we hold together. The smallest professional community in Denver — and, we suspect, the most useful one.
Four disciplines, arranged around the agent.
Each Amplicity agent is a Denver specialist whose name a client remembers — because the client came for the agent, not for the sign. These are the people your neighbor will call ten years after close, not the brand hanging behind them.
Nineteen years of Denver. The founder of Amplicity, still representing a small book of buyers and sellers — Cherry Creek, Highlands, Capitol Hill, Berkeley.
See Erin's work →The invitation list is short. If the standard is yours already — and the practice, and the taste — we would like to know.
Request an invitation →The roster grows carefully. If your work fits ours, we would like an hour together to explore.
Notes from Amplicity — a monthly essay from Erin Rose, on the craft of representation and the building of a firm.
What follows explains the arrangement, the platform, the path — for the reader who wants to know precisely how Amplicity works before continuing.
The license is hung. The commission is split. The marketing, the systems, the technology — the entire business, in fact — remain the agent's problem. Upside compresses into the brand. The agent shrinks to fit the seat provided.
Amplicity is the marketing firm behind the agent — not a brand hung over the agent's name. The name in front is the agent's. So is the book, the equity, and the practice. Our craft runs quietly beneath the whole thing.
Invitation only. One to three agents a year. Every application read by the founder. Every agent supported to the ceiling. Boutique, at Amplicity, is a decision made every day — not a category we grew out of and refused to admit.
Not a chatbot bolted onto a CRM. Amplicity was designed around what artificial intelligence actually makes possible in the work — contract intelligence, pricing analysis, marketing production, client experience — as foundation, not feature.
Erin Rose is Amplicity's first agent — and its founder. She sits every showing she sends. She holds every standard she asks of others. She reads every application to the roster in her own hand. Amplicity is the brokerage she wished existed, delivered.
If you are comparing brokerages right now, you are probably comparing these.
The Franchise
Large tech-forward brokerage. Aggressive recruitment. Corporate brand carries the market. Splits and equity structured for scale.
The Prestige Boutique
A luxury affiliation. The brand does the heavy lifting. Excellent for agents whose practice benefits from borrowing the international mark.
The Volume Model
Cloud brokerage. Equity in the parent company. Built for agents who want autonomy and scale. Community is virtual and vast.
The Atelier
A marketing firm behind a very small roster. The agent's brand goes in front. Invitation-only. The founder reads every application.
All four are legitimate answers. Amplicity is the one for the agent whose next decade is about building an independent brand — with real machinery quietly beneath it.
Every Amplicity agent receives the whole apparatus, on day one. Support is not an add-on. It is the arrangement.
Content strategy, social systems, email, video, listing presentations, campaign work — produced by a creative department that runs whether you are watching or not. Everything appears under your name. The agents who join Amplicity stop being their own marketing department the day they sign.
A system of modules — command center, transactions, client experience, AI-informed pricing, contract intelligence, pipeline. Not a CRM. Not a dashboard. The operating layer beneath a modern real estate practice, calibrated to the way an agent actually thinks.
Our contract intelligence reads every Colorado form clause by clause and surfaces the negotiation opportunities most agents miss. The pricing tool synthesizes ten data layers into a defensible recommendation, ready for the listing appointment. Working infrastructure. Not features on a slide.
Six modules. One operating layer. Every part of an agent's day, held in one place.
A weekly practice, held for a year at a time — coaching, tactics, reflection, designed by the founder and evolved as the market moves. But also: an annual "state of your practice" hour with Erin. A cross-domain rotation — two weeks each year shadowing an architect, an interior designer, a family attorney — to build the vocabulary that shows up in a client's living room. A shared reading list, discussed monthly. A group trip once a year to see how luxury real estate is done elsewhere. Not a training program. An MFA in the work.
One rhythm, kept — for a year at a time. Reset every January. Compounded every December.
Small pods of three to five agents, meeting weekly. A network of vendor partners — photographers, stagers, attorneys, designers — vetted, tried, kept. A quarterly gathering. A brokerage that behaves, quite deliberately, like a firm.
The traditional brokerage takes thirty to fifty percent of a commission in exchange for a chair and a brand. Amplicity does neither.
Agents pay a monthly platform fee that covers the marketing department, the operating system, the coaching curriculum, and the community. Amplicity's share of a transaction is a small oversight fee — a fraction of the traditional split — reserved for compliance and standards. Everything else, the agent keeps.
The money should demonstrate the model.
The specific numbers are shared in the first conversation. The principle is public.
The arrangement rewards tenure. Over time, top-performing agents become eligible for a deeper stake in the firm — earned by contribution, never granted by seat. What follows is a shape, not a schedule.
Every stage is earned. Nothing is granted by seat.
Boutique is a discipline.
Not a description.
— From the Manifesto
Founder of Amplicity. Nineteen years of Denver. Trained in marketing, and in music — working in real estate as if it were both.
I trained as a musician at Berklee before I ever thought about real estate. Then I trained again at CU Denver, in marketing. It's an unusual path to selling homes, but it turns out both disciplines are about the same thing — reading a room, listening for what people can't quite say, and translating that into something they can feel.
I've been selling in Denver for nineteen years. In that time I've represented buyers in Cherry Creek, sellers in Highlands, first-time owners in Capitol Hill, and investors across nine neighborhoods. What holds the work together is a preference for the kind of representation that anticipates rather than reacts — one that lets my clients arrive at each decision already knowing why.
I founded Amplicity in 2024 because I wanted a brokerage that supported its agents the way agents ought to support their clients. Not a franchise brand hung on top of the work. Real infrastructure — marketing, systems, education, technology — that frees the agent to be present in the room.
If we're a fit, we'll spend our first conversation on what you want to accomplish, not what I have to sell. Everything after that is a matter of doing the work carefully.

Danny Meyer · 2006
The best book on hospitality-as-a-discipline that I know. Meyer is writing about restaurants; the sentences are exact for representation.
Bill Walsh · 2009
Standards, held. What building a firm from the standard, rather than the goal, looks like in practice.
Austin Kleon · 2014
Why the modern practitioner owes the world the working process, not just the finished work. Short. Necessary.
Cal Newport · 2016
Attention as craft. Concentration as competitive advantage. A reminder that the best hour of the day is the one no one interrupts.
Patti Smith · 2010
A memoir of a creative practice held over a lifetime. About choosing the work when the work has no obvious payoff. Everything I try to embody.
— The shelf is refreshed each January.
If you are reading this, you are probably somewhere between good and great — with the book, the reputation, and the quiet suspicion that the platform behind you isn't keeping pace.
I built Amplicity for that moment. Not to add another logo to your signature. To give you the operating layer of a modern business — marketing you don't have to make, systems you don't have to build, and a colleague to think out loud with when a deal turns sideways.
One to three agents each year. I read every application myself. If we do not fit, I will say so. If we do, our first conversation is about your work — not mine.
"Our first conversation is about your work. Not mine."
— Erin Rose · The Founder's Letter
Every application is read personally. In full.
Applications are considered on the basis of craft, point of view, and the independence of the brand you have already begun to build. Eligible applicants are invited to join the conversation.
Continue to the applicationAmplicity is a small Denver brokerage, entered by invitation. When you engage one of our agents, you engage someone who has been chosen, trained, and held to a standard the industry does not otherwise produce.
A very small roster, by design. You will never wonder whether you reached the right person. There is only ever a right person.
Every Amplicity agent works with a full creative team. Your listing arrives with the presentation, the reach, and the craft of a firm — not the improvisation of an individual.
Our agents use every tool the moment allows, and never so that any of it stands between you and them.
Erin Rose reads the practice of every agent on this roster. That is what turns "boutique" from a description into a promise.
Every Amplicity client is offered the same set of considerations — regardless of price, neighborhood, or agent. Ten in total. A few of them:
A curated gift from a Denver maker, delivered the week you take possession. Chosen with the neighborhood in mind.
The interior designers, contractors, art advisors, and private bankers we trust — handed off at close. Warm introductions, when you want them.
A short market check-in on your neighborhood, on your street, on your comp set — for four quarters after close. Then, if you like, indefinitely.
A closing-day portrait in the doorway of the new home, printed and delivered. Ten years from now, still on the mantel.
The Denver Art Museum patron circles. Private gallery previews. The rooms that make a city a home.
A short guide, made by us — the walk, the coffee, the corner store, the paths that turn a street into a place.
What most brokerages call "service," we treat as apparatus.
Every Amplicity client is introduced to a curated network of Denver's finest — vetted by us, warm-introduced when you want them.
The things every Amplicity client and every Amplicity agent can count on. Without exception.
Erin reads every prospective agent's submission in her own hand — no filtering, no scoring by staff, no assistants at the door.
Yes, no, or not-now — always in writing, always specific, always personal. Silence is never the answer.
On the yard sign, on the listing, in the client's inbox, in the news release. Amplicity works quietly beneath.
Not to the brokerage. The practice belongs to the agent — it leaves when the agent leaves, and it is restored if the agent returns.
The Amplicity Client Standard applies regardless of price point, neighborhood, or agent. Ten considerations, delivered every time.
Amplicity does not scale. Not out of principle. Out of design. What makes the model work is what makes it small.
These are not marketing lines. They are the operating agreement.
Every number here is a choice, not a coincidence.
"Every generation of real estate is defined by the model that inverts the last one. Amplicity is doing that, quietly, in Denver."
— A Denver industry veteran

Amplicity was founded on an inversion. The traditional real estate brokerage sells affiliation — a place to hang a license, a brand to borrow, a split to remit. Amplicity sells the opposite: the marketing, the systems, the technology, the training, the community that turn a working agent into an independent brand. The license and the desk are incidental. The apparatus behind the agent is the point.
Amplicity Real Estate Agency, LLC is a boutique, invitation-only real estate brokerage based in Denver, Colorado, founded in 2024 by broker-owner Erin Rose. Every agent joins by invitation and receives the full weight of a centralized marketing department, an AI-native operating system, a year-round coaching curriculum, and a small community of peers — with the express purpose of building each agent into an independent brand supported by shared infrastructure.
Amplicity does not recruit at volume. The founder personally reads every application. The client, in turn, works only with agents who have been chosen and developed to a standard the industry does not otherwise produce.
